On Sunday, January 15, 2023, Lufthansa flight LH2284 has to clear a return landing shortly after take-off from Munich. The background IS that the weather radar of the Airbus A319 operated by Cityline with the registration D-AIBP failed.
The plane took off at 8:10 a.m. local time and landed safely again at Munich Airport at 9:15 a.m. There is no danger to the passengers and crew members. However, the flight connection has to be cancelled. Among other things, those affected were rebooked on Brussels Airlines flight SN2642.
