The low-cost airline Wizz Air is now also available as a virtual mobile operator via a partner. Following the example of the competitor Air Baltic, a product is offered that specializes in roaming.
In contrast to the Latvian carrier, these are not physical SIM cards, but so-called eSims. These can be loaded onto correspondingly powerful devices and used as prepaid roaming.
Wizz Air itself is not the provider of the roaming product, but merely acts as an intermediary. Regardless of the clear branding, the contractual partner is the provider Breeze-Sim, which has specialized in inexpensive roaming offers for several years.
